  1. My husband and I attended Chef Joe’s cooking class on Sat. Oct. 15. We enjoyed the meal of Crab Cakes, Fried Green Tomatoes, Rosemary Chicken on a bed of Savannah Red Rice with pieces of spicy sausage, Okra and Tomatoes on the side and delicious pie for desert? The meal tasted great and the chef explained as he prepared each dish and answered our questions. Mrs. Randall was also a delight to talk with. A great meal and a great experience!
